Let's get personal

We’re two Melbourne mums who have been best friends since we were young, going through life side by side — and we know exactly what it feels like to run on empty.

Between us, we have five kids ranging from a newborn to 5 years old, so trust us when we say… we’re right in the thick of it too. From snack boxes and weekend activities to kids’ parties, the cars are always packed and ready to go.

With our first babies, our experiences looked a little different, but the feeling was the same. Erika felt completely consumed by the constant noise of advice from others and on social media — trying everything and still not making progress with sleep like everyone seemed to be at mothers’ group.

Jes took more of a “go with the flow” approach, not putting too much pressure on sleep and just getting through each day as it came. But she was still consumed by the need to contact nap and bed-share for much longer than she had hoped.

With our second babies, we both started to implement simple, consistent foundations — focusing on routine, understanding sleep, and setting up the day in a way that actually supported better nights.

The difference was life-changing.

Sleep became more predictable. Days felt easier. We felt more like ourselves again. That’s why we care so deeply about what we do — because we know what it feels like to be in the trenches.

We also know how powerful the right support and guidance can be. The night wakes, the early mornings, the “why won’t they just sleep?”

That’s why we started this. Side by side, we’ve supported each other through the tough times — sending messages, showing up, and helping each other through the really hard days.

We know how overwhelming baby and toddler sleep can feel. One minute you’re reading one piece of advice, the next minute something completely different. It’s exhausting, confusing, and often really emotional.

Our approach is simple: no judgement, no one-size-fits-all advice — just real, supportive guidance from mums who truly get it.

We work with families to create sleep plans that feel realistic for your home, your baby, and your parenting style.

The truth is, sleep isn’t just about schedules and routines — it’s about supporting parents through a season that can feel incredibly tough. We’re here to help you understand your child’s sleep, make small changes that actually work, and give you the confidence to move forward.

Think of us as the mums sitting next to you saying, “You’re not doing a bad job — you’re just exhausted. Let’s figure this out together.”
